Data Deletion Instructions
You can request deletion of personal information The Arthadox or Access Education received through Facebook, Instagram, or the arthadox.com messaging and CRM systems.
How To Request Deletion
- Message the official Facebook Page or Instagram account you contacted and write: “Please delete my data.”
- Include the Facebook or Instagram account name used to contact us, plus any phone number or email address you previously shared so we can find the right conversation record.
- Our team will verify the request, remove or anonymize matching customer conversation records where legally and operationally possible, and confirm when the request has been processed.
What We Delete
After a verified request, we will delete or anonymize personal information connected to your customer profile where possible, including:
- Stored contact details such as name, phone number, email address, and location.
- Customer profile notes and lead details created from your messages.
- Conversation records and support tickets that are no longer required for business, security, or legal reasons.
- Webhook diagnostic payloads that can reasonably be matched to your request.
Information We May Keep
Some information may be retained if required for legal compliance, fraud prevention, security logs, accounting, dispute handling, or completion of an active service request. If data cannot be deleted immediately, we will limit its use to the required purpose.
Meta Account Removal
To remove app access from your Facebook account, open Facebook settings, go to Apps and Websites, find The Arthadox, Access Education Network Pvt, or the connected app, and remove it. This stops future access but does not automatically delete records already stored in our systems; please submit the deletion request above for stored records.
Request Status
Most requests are reviewed within 30 days. If more information is needed to identify the correct records, The Arthadox may ask you to confirm the account or contact details associated with the conversation.
